The Chronically Awesome Foundation started simply, with social networking on Twitter, just a simple hashtag and our founders desire to empower herself and other chronically ill individuals who were seeking a positive path on their health journey. As the foundation grew from there, on thing has always remained the same, we have kept the core of our activity on social media. It has always been our goal to stay in the place where we could be present for the most people. For those who are either unable to, or are more comfortable in their homes, social media is where The Chronically Awesome can find information and network with each other.

#Change computerThe Chronically Awesome Foundation was founded by Chronically Awesome members, is managed by chronically awesome members, and is dedicated to providing much-needed services to people with any type of chronic condition. The Foundation does not believe in siloing diseases. We believe that those of us with chronic illnesses have more in common than we have differences.

There are many ways you can find the Chronically Awesome Foundation on social network platforms and meet other members of the #ChronicallyAwesome community.
