Jules is a blogger, podcaster, friend, advocate, writer, mother and an executive marketer with 15 years experience in the software industry. In 2011, Jules took the experience she gained growing a world-class software company and started a private consulting firm. Jules’ career change allowed her to spend more time with her first love, the random family known as “Chronically Awesome.”
Before leaving the workforce, #ChronicallyAwesome was already in full force on Twitter. Since its inception, Jules has grown this family that includes her flagship website WhatTheJules.com, her personal blog that details her struggles and triumphs with the several chronic illnesses. Jules thrives with Ehler’s-Danlos Syndrome, Degenerative Disc Disease, Osteoarthritis, Neuropathy and spinal issues from Degenerative Disc Disease to Facet Spine Arthritis. Jules also has Bipolar Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Agoraphobia, OCD, Anorexia and is a 20-year cancer survivor.
